This Privacy Policy explains what information TVLEVEL ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use tvlevel.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. TVLEVEL is operated by the individual behind it, who is responsible for your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your email address and authentication details when you sign up or log in.
  • Content you provide — the product images and briefs you upload, the options you choose, and the videos you generate.
  • Payment information — when you buy tokens, our payment provider (Dodo Payments) processes your payment. We receive confirmation and basic billing details, but we do not store your full card number.
  • Usage and device data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected to run, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Support messages — anything you send us when you contact support.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • to provide the Service — create your account, generate your videos, and store your projects;
  • to process payments and manage your token balance;
  • to send service-related emails (such as sign-in, purchase confirmations, and when a video is ready);
  • to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
  • to respond to your support requests; and
  • to comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

3. AI and Your Content — What We Do Not Do

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we never sell your personal data. Your uploads and generated videos are sent to the third-party AI providers listed below only to generate your video, and for no other purpose.

4. Service Providers We Use

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service. They process your information only as needed to provide their part of the Service, under their own terms and security commitments:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (your account, projects, and media).
  • Railway — hosting for our application servers.
  • Dodo Payments — payment processing.
  • OpenAI — generating ad concepts and reference images from your brief.
  • Seedance (ByteDance) — generating the video.
  • fal.ai — enhancing video to 1080p (only for 1080p generations).
  • Resend — sending transactional emails.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and abuse protection on our sign-up and sign-in forms. Your interaction with Turnstile is also governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service and its users.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies that are necessary for the Service to work — for example, to keep you signed in. We also use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell your data to advertisers, and we do not track you across other websites.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may keep certain records (such as payment and transaction records) longer where the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and associated content at any time by emailing support@tvlevel.com; we will delete it, except where we are required to keep specific records.

7. Your Rights

You can access and update much of your information from within your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing — for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these, email us at support@tvlevel.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can be completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

We and our providers operate in various countries, so your information may be processed and stored outside the country where you live, including in regions where data-protection laws differ from your own. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in this way.

10. Children

The Service is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Please review this page periodically.
